There are only a few people in the world who are lucky enough to find their one true love. Not everyone can spend the rest of their lives with the person they chose to marry.

Finding “the one” makes you want to rush to forever – to not waste even a single second, away from your soulmate.Finding “the one” opens the doors to God’s abundant blessings. Starting a family, having wonderful children and grandchildren are the best blessings anyone could ever ask for.

Fifty blissful years – that’s how long God has kept Rudy and Yolly’s marriage in the cradle of His loving arms. God made sure that He will continue to bless this wonderful couple with so much and more. Rudy and Yolly have shown that, despite numerous trials and shortcomings, God has been in the center of their family life, never fleeting, always lighting their way.

We as witnesses to their love story can say that True Love cannot just be measured by how long you’ve known each other.

Rudy and Yolly met in December 1963, became friends, lovers and tied the knot on May 21, 1964. Just like the song “What Matters Most” Rudy and Yolly proved that even if they had a short courtship, one of the secrets to a lasting marriage is to continue loving each other, making sure that you put your partner’s happiness first.

Love cannot be measured by time. Love can be measured in a way only the heart knows how.
